INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE
In compliance with the instructions of National Commission for Women and guidelines issued in
implementation of the directives of Hon'ble Supreme Court Judgment dated 13th August, 1997 for the
protection of students and employees against sexual harassment the following committee is constituted by
Government College of Education Jammu to look into the matter cited above:

ICC of GCOE, Jammu is always available for the protection of students and employees against Sexual Harassment in the College Campus.

Any student or employee facing sexual harassment of any kind can approach the following faculty members:

The complaint shall be kept confidential.

ICC of GCOE, Jammu assures non- biased hearing.

Students can share evidences like messages, emails, audio/video clips in support of their complaint.

The complaint shall be resolved within minimum 30 days of filing the complaint.
